CK-12 FlexBooks

http://www.ck12.org/flexbook/

CK-12 Flexbooks is a robust library of textbook style content as well as an engine that allows teachers and students to create their own mashups of textbooks both from content that already exists on the site and content that they wish to upload. This is a nice way to supplement some reading materials that the school may offer as well as create a more personalized learning experience for the individual. Teachers can create their own content and pair it up with the textbook content in order to provide clarity, scaffold the reading, etc.

Cl1p

http://cl1p.net

Cl1p is a simple place to share or collaborate on a cloud-hosted document that can be created quickly and without any type of log-in. Simply create a site by entering any URL that starts with cl1p.net (example: cl1p.net/edutecher). Then paste in any content you want, text links, etc. Save it - and you are done. Anyone entering that URL will see your text and be able to edit, copy, or add to your Cl1p document
